As a B Corporation, Kotn meets strict social and environmental standards, putting it in a rare category among Apparel, Footwear & Accessories companies in Canada. The brand uses 100% Egyptian cotton grown by local farmers in the Nile Delta and Faiyum region and is committed to reinvesting in these farming communities. By 2021, they aim to have four elementary schools operating in these regions to help improve literacy rates and reduce child labor.
